We know how much goes into finding time for yourself.

Between work, kids, and everything in between, even booking a simple appointment can feel like something that needs planning.

That’s why we’ve partnered with Studio 64 Early Learning & Kindergarten so while you’re here with us, your child is cared for just moments away.

It’s simple, considered, and designed to give you a little space to switch off.

How it works

Childcare is available as an optional addition to your appointment.

  • Tuesday to Friday
  • For children aged 0–6 years
  • Booked in 3-hour or extended (6–8 hour) sessions
  • Subject to availability

All childcare is managed by Studio 64.

We simply make the process easier for you.

Booking is simple

1. Book your appointment

Start by booking your appointment with us at Sixteen. For casual 3 hour daycare slots please book in at 9am,12pm or 3pm.

2. Enrol your child (if it’s your first time)

If you haven’t used Studio 64 before, there’s a quick enrolment to complete first.

Booking Enquiry

It takes around 10–15 minutes and is a one-time setup.

You’ll just need a few standard details like your child’s immunisation record, CRNs, and emergency contacts.

3. Book your childcare

Once your appointment is confirmed, you can book your child’s session directly with Studio 64.

You can choose:

  • A 3-hour session for shorter appointments
  • An extended session (up to 8 hours) if you’re settling in for a longer visit

If you’re already enrolled, this can all be done through the Playground app.

4. Confirmation

Studio 64 will confirm your booking once availability is secured.

We recommend waiting for both bookings to be confirmed so everything flows seamlessly on the day.

A little something extra

As part of this collaboration, there are exclusive rates available for Sixteen clients:

3-hour session

$70 per child (normally $89.70)

Extended session (up to 8 hours)

$150 per child

Depending on your Child Care Subsidy (CCS), your out-of-pocket cost may be significantly lower.

A few important things to know

We’ll keep this simple, just the things that help everything run smoothly.

Your CCS (Child Care Subsidy)

If you’re eligible, CCS can help reduce your childcare cost.

  • You’ll have a set number of subsidised hours each fortnight
  • If those hours are used up, full fees will apply

👉 It’s a good idea to quickly check your balance in MyGov before booking, just to avoid surprises.

No overlapping bookings

CCS can’t be used across two centres at the same time.

So if your child is booked elsewhere during the same hours, the subsidy won’t apply for both.

Booking ahead

  • Bookings are subject to availability
  • We recommend allowing at least 2 days notice
  • Available for children aged 0–6 years
  • Offer valid until 31 December 2026

Just so you know

Childcare is provided entirely by Studio 64.

They manage:

  • enrolments
  • bookings
  • CCS
  • care on the day

A gentle note

When planning your visit, just make sure your childcare session covers the full time you’ll be with us including a little extra for consultation or finishing touches and if you have extra time meet a loved one for a friend down on Lathlain Place for lunch or a coffee.
