Terms of Service – Sixteen Hair & Beauty

By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments & Bookings
All appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and stylist. New clients or larger services may require a deposit to confirm your booking.

Cancellations & No Shows
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

Payments
All services must be paid in full on the day of your appointment. We accept card, cash, and other approved payment methods. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Gift Cards & Packages
Gift cards and prepaid packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other offers unless stated.

Retail Products
All retail purchases are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy. We do not accept returns on opened or used products unless faulty.

Service Satisfaction (Redo Policy)
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. Adjustments may be offered where appropriate. This does not apply to change of mind or new desired outcomes.

Health & Safety
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to their service. Sixteen Hair & Beauty is not liable for reactions where this information has not been disclosed.

Childcare Collaboration
Where childcare is offered through our partnered provider, all bookings, policies, and responsibilities relating to childcare are managed directly with that provider. Sixteen Hair & Beauty is not responsible for childcare services.

Personal Belongings
We take care within the salon, however we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, inappropriate, or does not comply with salon policies.
