GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Sixteen Hair & Beauty Gift Vouchers

Please read the following terms carefully before purchase or redemption.

Validity

• All gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
• Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed, extended, refunded, or reissued.

Redemption

• Gift vouchers may be redeemed for services and retail products at Sixteen Hair & Beauty.
• Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption (physical or digital copy accepted).
• Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase additional gift vouchers.

Booking Appointments

• Appointments using a gift voucher are subject to availability and we recommend booking in advance.
• Please advise our team at the time of booking that you will be redeeming a gift voucher.

Cancellations & No Shows

• Our standard cancellation policy applies to all bookings made with gift vouchers.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes.
• Failure to provide adequate notice, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in the full or partial value of the booked service being deducted from the voucher balance.

Partial Redemption

• If the full value of the voucher is not used in a single visit, the remaining balance will stay active until the voucher expiry date.
• Any balance remaining after expiry will be forfeited.

Non-Transferability

• Gift vouchers are transferable to another person unless otherwise stated.
• Sixteen Hair & Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of gift vouchers.

Promotions & Discounts

• Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, package, membership benefit, or special pricing unless otherwise specified.

Refunds

• Gift voucher purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Pricing & Service Adjustments

• Service pricing may change over time.
• If the cost of a service increases after the voucher purchase date, the voucher value remains unchanged and any price difference will need to be paid at the time of appointment.

Retail Purchases

• Retail products purchased using a gift voucher are subject to Sixteen Hair & Beauty’s standard return/exchange policy.

Package / Promotional Gift Vouchers

• Promotional packages or limited-time gift vouchers may carry additional conditions, expiry dates, or exclusions, which will be outlined at the time of purchase.

Right to Amend

• Sixteen Hair & Beauty reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time where reasonably required.
